   It doesn’t get any worse. Snotty arrogant telephone manner. Been trying to get an appointment for three days. Been trying to get a repeat prescription for four days. Utterly hopeless. Spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone. Got really bad ciatica as well. Was told to go to A and E. Unbelievable. As much use as a chocolate fire guard. The NHS is broken. Systems that don’t work. No one cares. And to top it all I have no option to have to deal with arrogant unhelpful staff. My God. I didn’t think anything could get as bad. Well it has!! Shame on those responsible.

   Asked person who answered the phone why I had not got all my prescription was told I had been taken off the one I questioned I then asked why in the appointment I was not told Answer I got was I'm telling you now So helpful and rude

   Receptionists seem to think they are more important than the doctors. Finally changed to another practice where the approach is less disrespectful. Been with Wilson Street surgery about a year now - much better.

   Gotta say that the only two times I have ever managed to get an appointment in this place it has actually been quite helpful (which is the only reason why I'm giving two stars rather than one), however getting said appointments is so obscenely difficult that it doesnt feel worth it. You will often call over a hundred times at 8am to reach a 20 person call queue just to be abruptly and rudely told there's no appointments left. Avoid unless you're a spectacle of great health and don't need regular doctor's services, once my current problem is resolved I will definitely be making a switch.

   I find it hard to believe how inadequate this surgery is run . Where do you start phone service staff no one can give you a straight answer. I went in and asked why i had called for an apointment and was 11 in the queue when i got to number 1 it cut me off. I was told they have an issue with the phone provider what a pathetic excuse. I went in again and then was told if there was 10 infront of you in the queue it would say the line is busy. If this is what they call solving a problem unbeliveable.

   Can never get an appointment, called 167 times and still no appointment. Receptionist think she's a doctor, I don't really wish to discuss my daughters personal problems with someone that hasn't done all the training a doctor has. And let's no even talk about the practice manager, hasn't a clue.
