Very friendly welcome by all staff. The optician explained everything to me about the appointment . Staff also helped me choose 2 pairs of frames which they then made a note of the ones I had chosen onto my records which I will go back to choose which lenses and also my tint for my sunglasses I have chosen from the buy one get one free range.
The customer service was outstanding. Your staff made me feel welcome and listened to any of my concerns. Including when I returned with some queries regarding my new prescription and my comfort with the new glasses. Thank you for all your help, all of your staff have been amazing.
Allways friendly service. Staff have great knowledge and experience. Also good range of lenses. If anything needs adjusting at a later time there is never a issue with just popping in.
Friendly staff, seen to quickly once I arrived for my appointment, exam was quick through and results were expertly explained. Purchase was easy, could have been a bit more choice in the £50 and £70 ranges other good. Collection was only a week or so later and again very smooth process.
Unexpected trip to Specsavers, Bitterne today, having broken my glasses. The team were so lovely and helpful. They had identical frames in stock and had swapped my lenses into a new pair and fitted them within 10 minutes. I only had to pay 50% of the frame cost and the service was amazing. So very grateful for the wonderful aftercare service provided by Specsavers.
Told they would phone me when my glasses turned up. After nearly a month I phoned them to be told they had been in for nearly 2 weeks. If your not going to phone, then don't say you will. Time to find another options I think.

I was very nervous getting my eyes done today due to being Autistic, new places and lots of sounds and lights make me very panicky. However, Jamie was the first person I spoke to there and he made me so relaxed. I don't remember the name of the optician I saw but he instantly put me at ease. Phil was so friendly when I was buying my new frames and I highly recommend them to anyone that can feel a bit nervous at these appointments.
I was a bit nervous to get my eyes tested for the first time in a while, but Ben really put me at ease and gave me great advice choosing my glasses frames. All the staff were really friendly, I had a great experience.
Hello, i am very dissapointed the way they treat their customer, i purchase this pair of glasses from this shop , the salesman name is James and offer me buy on get one glasses and pay a fortune in the end after all the extras . Since i received the glasses i can not wear them because it make me a headache everytime i wear it and because of covid restriction i can not go back to the shop within their 100 days warranty , after 5months a got a chance to show them the glasses they said they cannot do anything anymore because its out of warranty even the fault is their testing thats why they fitted a wrong lenses !!!! its a terrible experience the salesman James told me to wear it so that my eyes get use to it , (get used to a wrong lenses) this is a terrible experience and hope people dont experience the same thing
