   Honestly I want to know who qualified half these people because they don’t know anything really, second appointment there and she completely dismissed me my GP has done better I’ve started going to them now instead. Told me my possible ED isn’t “prominent enough” so they probably won’t do anything saying I shouldn’t SH because I already have scars on my body forever and I’m young, the way she said it was appalling and made me feel completely disregarded when your in that moment that’s not what you think about I stg someone get her a psychiatrist she has absolutely no sympathy or empathy probably has no damn clue what she’s doing! I’d give zero stars but unfortunately it’s not an option.

   Absolutely Disgusting! Been chasing my brothers appointment for 1 whole year and my emails get ignored. Nhs is down the toilet and these people don't care at all. It's all about money

   A tragic place to end up; the "psychiatrist" on this team does not even know his terminology, disturbs the patient when they are trying to speak, is rude and condescending towards you. I hope that this service shuts down because it is not fit for purpose, especially helping the mentally distressed. If it wasn't for my support network I would not be here because of THIS service. It's ridiculous. It's rubbish. 1 star is being too generous.

   It has been days of trying to reach anyone through the phone. All I need is to change my appointment date and I cannot get through the appointment centre or the reception or anything. Left a message as well. Great service. . . . . . .

   Absolutely abusive to me , kicked me off the system for brining a advocate and said I wouldn’t get help or appointments any time now or in the future. People struggle very much with communication issues . A very cold clinical setting , complaints don’t work As the professionals have a title and so nobody dare talk back or hold the professionals accountable . A very disturbing experience

   Parking is absolutely impossible even if you get to the center 45/50 mins earlier than your appt. reception staff are unfriendly and are too busy talking to other staff or checking their hair/make up, so they basically ignore the patients. The standard of therapy given is very good and that is worth 5 stars but the rest let it down
