It is now called Trent PTS my time there with a lovelly counsellor lady most helpful,polite and courteous gave me ideas how to cope with my problem of Stress etc.And place was clean and tidy. It has moved to Uttoxeter New Rd and Friar gate Derby and i was there back in 2012 and itis run by the NHS it can take about 3/ 4 weeks for am appointment you either phone them up or go by your doctor but they are great
