   After 3 weeks of trying to get an appointment I gave up .how can all on the day appointments be gone at bang on 8 o'clock terrible so my illness will just get worse and worse thanks for nothing

   I’m sorry but this going to be a bit harsh, to see doctors and staff sat down, coffee,chatting and I’m in pain and asking for help and the answer is sorry nothing available for you go Wilson street. Person in pain won’t matter if on of your doctors see him for 5 minutes. This is NHS staff …. Nothing enough to describe it

   I'm a local to Tadd rd and that's my preference to go to rather then Wilson street, Purely as it's closer. I log on at 8am and always manage to get a appointment for the day on the online booking system. Receptionists are always polite and helpful. I generally see Sharon the nurse each month for prescribed injection. The surgery is always clean, and smelling fresh. Sometimes the car park is full, I always find on street parking as I'm able to walk, so I leave spaces for the people who need them most. The only down fall to Tadd Rd surgery is that it closes at mid day. It's a shame there isn't more funding for it to stay open the same as Wilson Street. Over all I'm happy with the NHS service I get.

   Worst experience. On google it says Surgery opens at 9 Online appointment booked was 8 50. Called to comfirm about the discrepancy -nobody answered. Reached at 9. I was told you are too late. Receptionist was extremely rude and not accomodating. Dont waste your time here and let them sleep like they want.

   Unfortunately this box isn't big enough Was told today after visiting this surgery that had one person waiting in reception with 45 minutes to closing that the reason I couldn't get through to book an appointment is because they are EXTREMELY BUSY. They must be on there phones ringing there patients because they certainly ain't seeing them.
