I'm not giving one star based on service, but why would you invest in having a muscular skeletal centre on a street or location no parking? Allow plenty of time to find parking, or if you struggle with steps you need to get a lift.

Avoid avoid. Been downgraded to non urgent. So can't be mobile and serious pain and numbness in my arm and not urgent. Makes me wonder what is classed as urgent. So have to wait for my injury to paralyse me which I'm sure waiting in this condition my injury will deteriorate. 12 months to wait for an appointment. Shocking
Referred by my GP for help regarding an ongoing condition. Appointment was made within a good time frame. Staff very friendly. Mo (Physio) was extremely helpful, friendly and engaged. He was super helpful sharing various x-ray results and scans that I'd had to make sense of my experience. Then made a referral to find out more about the condition at the hospital. Definitely a good experience. Thank you Mo.
Was referred here by my gp due to back and legs problems.. they misdiagnosed my severe sciatica as “hyper mobility” and gave me exercises that only made the pain worse. Wasn’t until I was eventually sent to a&e by 111 I received a proper diagnosis and got referred for an MRI. the doctor I saw at the hospital was disgusted the gp and the Msk team didn’t realise I had severe sciatica for the last two years and had failed to refer me for an mri given my history of cancer. Just want to get you in and out don’t care about what pain you’re in.

Hopefully now my back problem of over 3 years can get sorted out and I can get my life back, as it has stopped me doing a lot of things.
