   I can’t recommend Lauren enough! When I first contacted her, I was at a total loss for what do with my skin – it had changed dramatically when I hit my 30s and none of the products I was buying did anything to help. From the very first appointment, Lauren was friendly, calming and very informative. Having never seen anyone for my skin before, I was wary and nervous, but honestly Lauren is so welcoming, non-judgemental and you never feel pressured to buy products or have certain treatments. I still can’t believe how much my skin has improved in the months I’ve been having regular appointments – my self-confidence has increased so much, to the point where I don’t feel the need to wear makeup now! After a few regular appointments, we worked together to make a bridal programme for me on the run-up to my wedding earlier this year. Again, Lauren’s knowledge and expertise were invaluable – she makes a point of explaining exactly what each treatment is doing to help your skin, which I have found so useful and interesting. I feel like I’ve learnt so much as well as now being happier in my own skin.
