This surgery needs closing down!!!!!! Don’t know how they are still open when they have no care at all towards patients.. I have called 40 times this morning this 7:59 for the call to get cut off not be able to speak to anyone or the line to actually ring until 8:30 to be told all appointments are gone for the day. Absolute joke No wonder people get progressively worse and suffer in silence when you can’t even get a GP appointment Absolute joke and mockery of tax payers money. This surgery needs a better system or closing down.

My husband had an appointment with Dr Azad this morning and he has been experiencing back pain and leg pain for 3 months now for which we have been back and forth several times but wasn’t offered any help other than Naproxen . As soon as he explains his symptoms today and past input the Dr asked him what more does he expect from them at this point I had to intervene to say he has not had any investigations/ referrals yet and if they could refer him for a scan to rule out the underlying cause. The Dr kept on cutting out me when I was trying to explain the situation. I do understand the constraints of health care but is it too much to ask for empathy and good listening skills from HP’s these days ?? Atleast we should be offered that for all the tax money we have paid for the past 12 years.

If they hsd minus it would get -5. An utter joke od a drs surgery that just seems to get worse and worse. Totally incompetent receptionists its almost like they only employ incompetent receptionists. They can't even tell.younthe write time for your appointment. Majority of the drs show very little care want you in and out without actually listening to the issues why you are there. Getting truly sick and tired of it the management need to investigate these issues and put in serious improvements its simply not fair on the patients.

Every time I try to make an appointment at this appalling surgery I am told it is not possible to do so unless I call at 8am. It is impossible for me to call at 8am as by that time I am on the A50 driving to work. No alternative is available. Definitely the worst GP surgery I have ever had the ‘pleasure’ of using. Truly awful, and most of the receptionists are rude and dismissive. My advice? Register somewhere else.

Went for steroid injections in my knees yesterday and was so glad it was Dr Mbah again. She was so caring and clear with her explanations. Listened to my questions and I felt she had a genuine care for my wellbeing, not rushing me at all. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Dr Mbah.

Went to drop off a sample as requested from the doctor. When I got there to hand it over to the receptionist she pulled a face and was refusing to take the sample and said bring it tomorrow morning. I had to tell her a few times the doctor has requested it. She was being absolutely rude to me. If you don’t like being a receptionist at the surgery and got no manners why take the role on in the first place. Definitely will be changing Surgery absolutely disgusting the way the receptionist are at the Surgery

on the website, it says that they are closing 19:45 pm on Monday. I come yesterday after 6 o’clock 12 December 2022 GP was close. They are misleading patience. Shame on them the GP it’s the worst one I have ever been in they don’t care about the patience. I never can book an appointment. When I call at 8 am. They always tell me to call 111 or go to the walking centre so what is the point being registered in the GP receptionist rude. There is no respect, no kindness, no understanding from any of the members of staff.

Honestly I'm so sick and tired of the extremely rude and blunt receptionist. The drs and nurses are very good but the surgery is completely let down by this. I really don't understand how they can keep a job when every person I speak to that goes to this surgery say the same thing. Any other place of work I'm sure they would of lost the job along time ago. SORT IT OUT!!

Took my 3 year old son for his flu vaccine. Nurse was excellent with him. She took her time to make it fun and make him feel at ease. Overall a very positive experience for both of us.

Very poor quality service. The receptionists are rude and condescending to say the least. I am in unbearable pain where I need to discuss my medication requirements but told I should go to a walk in center. I can’t walk so how do I get into the walk in center. They really need firing or at least to be taight basic manners. They hide behind the bureacracy whilst getting paid and all the time the patient is treated extremely badly with a low quality of care. It’s very bad indeed. They just hang up on you so I’m stuck here in excruciating pain whilst they get paid to continually tell me no. This is not healthcare. This is neglect of patient care. It’s putting peoples lives at risk.. I have made a formal complaint to the nhs. I will also contact my solicitor for neglect of care this afternoon.
