    Pre booked the taxi last night for this morning at 6:30. Ring them this morning to double confirm it’s booked and definitely arriving to be asked to use a different taxi company as they clearly couldn’t be bothered to keep the booking as it’s early. You’d think they’d need the customers. But obviously not.

    A company that will intentionally disrespect its customers. I can only tell I had a noticeably bad experience. Booked for a business trip from Cranfield (I’m a student and work part time), pick up 4:00am into London Gatwick and the company had confirmed they’d accept card payments. Arrived late to then be asked if I would agree to share my journey with a “couple of students” for a small discount. Explained that I wasn’t interested in a discount (expensed fare) and that I wanted to sleep on my way to the airport as I had a long flight ahead and work meetings the following days. Driver made me understand he’d already accepted the booking for 5 people (not a couple) from 2 pick up locations, I reluctantly accepted. The other people’s booking was for 4:15 so realised, after accepting, that the driver had come late on purpose. We left at 4:25 instead of the planned 4:00, plus time (15 mins) to branch out into Luton and take payment from the 5 other passengers. Whilst on the journey, the driver said he wouldn’t accept cash and asked me to connect to online banking to make a payment.

    I used them because they had the best review rating but I'm not sure how. Taxi wasn't at the station when I arrived and when I called there was no answer, it just kept ringing. I had to call another taxi company and wait around in the cold for 15 minutes. Would not recommend

    Booked a cab to the airport,he didn't take my postcode or name which concerned me. I tried to call back 4 times with no answer so I called of a different number and he picked up first time to tell me actually it's not booked and they don't take early morning cabs. This is not a company... This is a random man that doesn't answer calls if it's not a journey he's interested in! Poor

    First time we use it taxi was late 15min and I book it with day in advance, second time we had to pay in advance because of long journey and it was exactly 52min late 52min!!!!! I won’t give them the third chance.

    Both times that we booked with them they came 10-20 minutes late, and booking were for airport and train station, which means they need to be more precise with times! I do not recommend them at all.
