Useless Drs and staff that won't help and keep telling me I'm wrong when it states things that the own NHS website says, my life is awful thanks to this lot not helping. I'm contemplating legal advice now
The worst doctors I have ever been in my life. Matlock were brilliant but here are the rudest female doctors, meaning Dr.Jellyman and N Field. Patronising, out of order, and I will not see either. Never had to complain at Matlock or Market Drayton, both friendly and helpful. Distgusting manner. People I've spoken to in Ashbourne say the same. The reception and male staff are completely opposite. Jellyman has a vile attitude never seen a doctor so unprofessional. Thankyou for passing me onto Dr Kelsey I was more than happy to not see you. Others agree!
Dr Curry and all the doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals I have met here are absolutely lovely. They make me feel welcome and listened to. What a wonderful testament to the NHS you all are.
If only all GP surgeries were run like this one, I think the nations health would improve greatly. What an amazing service they offer, very professional. Everyone is so friendly and approachable. Thank you. 10/10. Highly recommend.
Rang this morning with a worrying symptom Was given an appointment at 10.10. Saw a lovely dr who was thorough, kind and reassuring. Only negative had to wait over an hour for a blood test however grateful for same day service. Thank you

The small lady with glasses who works in the dispensary is very rude not helpful and needs to respect customers .Myself and my wife have cancelled all our prescriptions from there because of this very rude woman .The gentleman was no better either . Moaning of short staffed and said if you dont like it here go somewhere else which we have.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! All the nurse cares about is if you have had the Covid jab, not why you actually have an appointment!! Shouldn’t be allowed to force personal opinions onto us. Will now be leaving the practice. Receptionist was nice though.
I feel very grateful to be a patient here. The reception staff work hard to solve issues rather than get rid of you. The doctors have been wonderful too. I hope it continues to perform so well and that the staff feel valued in their roles.
