Cannot fault The Surgery have been with the practice a few years now and have always had the best care possible from all the staff we have come into contact with.
I’ve recently moved from London and found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly and very professional at all times.
Professional and polite dispensary and reception staff. This is despite receiving rude comments from patients. In fact if the patients I have overheard spoke to bar staff in the same manner, I am sure they would be asked to leave the premises. The resident and locum GPs are first class,and they listen to the patients concerns and act accordingly. I am sure if we patients really understood the workload, paperwork and guidelines GPs have to adhere to, we may all be a little more understanding.
Me and my 2 year old daughter saw a doctor today at the surgery today. I am not sure what his name was but what a lovely guy he is! He was so good with my daughter and also gave her a cake for being so good. My daughter seemed to of really taken a shine to him. It's nice to have such lovely friendly doctors that make you feel at ease! This man definitely deserves a shout out!
We cannot fault this Practice. They have looked after my husband and I for many years and have always treated us with kindness, friendliness and care. Everyone within the entire team is unfailingly polite and attentive. They go out of their way to assist us and the service we receive is exemplary. As we get older and need greater attention; they meet our needs without hesitation. From reception to pharmacy to nurses and Doctors - everyone is so professional and approachable. Thank you.
Staff are none Simperthical with out compassion or Emperfy. have no under of pain and Zero tornalance which only applys to the staff not paintasion???????????
The surgery have always been most helpful and accommodating . Nothing is too much trouble no matter how big or small my query or problem. Thank you to all the staff and Drs for your continued good service.
The receptionist ‘tracey’ made a phone appointment for me to speak to a doctor which I had to wait a week for. After an hour of waiting for the call I rang to be told he was behind and she didn’t know when I’d get a call. From her attitude I was clearly a nuisance for asking where my hour late phone call was. I waited another 20 minutes to be told by a different receptionist that I should not have been given an appointment time as the doctors call inbetween patients and that they never know when the call will be. I explained I had been text with the appointment time and it was also on my medical app and I was basically made to feel like a liar. Are these receptionists trained to speak to people like this? Disgusting
First class service from the moment I rang the surgery to when I saw a GP by the end of the day. We were on holiday in the Ashbourne area and the attention I received was amazing and is something my local surgery in Berkshire could definitely learn from. Great customer service from beginning to end. Thank you.
