   Called for appointment told I would get a call afternoon/evening, got a call at 20:30 phone was on silent. Dr left answer machine message saying she would call me in the morning as it was late. Waited all morning for a call, phoned after 12pm to be told the dr was on annual leave. Service is absolutely disgusting when people actually need help regarding their health.

   Poor attention to the patients details when making appointments. I personally don’t see the point of having own registered doctor for myself and my kids when every single I have rang to book an appointment, you get to listen to the advice to go to the walk-in centre if you wish to be seen because they don’t have any appointment available and that too when you have been waiting from the beginning until the end of the queue. Real incident with my 2 year old daughter.

   If you need an appointment, honestly don't bother. They will just advise you go to a walk-in elsewhere, as they don't offer appointments until the end of the following month. An absolute joke of a Medical Centre and I'd highly advise that you avoid this practice. If I could have given less stars, I would have!

   I have recently had consults with Dr Maliha and also Dr Osama. I’ve had my issues dealt with swiftly and very respectfully. All the reception team have been brilliant on the phone and in person! They have such a tough job for which they are doing a fantastic job. Thank you

   I don't often leave reviews but felt I had to after the brilliant experience I had this morning. I went to the GP this morning for the first time in a very long time and I was worried that I'd struggle to get an appointment with how strained the entire GP system is at the moment. However I'm glad to say my worries were unfounded. I called at 8am and the kind receptionist booked me in at 9:40am same day which was fantastic. I saw the doctor on time and I just want to highlight how brilliant a doctor Dr Smith is. He was very friendly and empathetic and a great listener and honestly everything you could want in a GP. A true credit to the surgery. I managed to pick up my prescription and all in all, the whole process took less than half an hour. I'm happy I am a patient here!

   This practise doesn't offer any travel clinic services anymore and will do anything to avoid face to face consulations. Reallt disappointed in the drop in service quality of the years.

   Never had a problem with this surgery or the adjoining pharmacy! Sometimes the phone lines can get really busy...but I've always managed to get an appointment when needed. On more than one occasion, staff have gone above and beyond to help myself and my family, which is really appreciated!!

   I am writing this review on behalf of my mum who recently spoke to a receptionist called Toni on two occasions, who she found to be very rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t allow my mum to speak on behalf of her mum (85 years old and hard of hearing) about her medication, even though she has been doing so for years after filling out a consent form. She tried to explain this but Toni wasn’t interested, nor would she give her an explanation, she doesn’t seem to care and her attitude was very unprofessional. I do wonder why the surgery have been issuing my grandma’s medication/appointments through my mum all this time, if according to Toni, this wasn’t allowed?! On a positive note the majority of the staff seem somewhat decent at this surgery on the whole.
