   We stayed for 2 nights. Location was good. Requested replacement towels but these were not provided to we had to go to reception. Room not very clean, quite dusty and window was dirty. Kettle and coffee machine needed a good clean. Would not recommend.

   The rooms here were ok. This is a Yravelodge so expectations need adjusting, but still, there was months of dust in the corners by the skirting boards and the bathroom door handle was falling off as it was not properly installed. On the whole, while the location is good, I will not be going back. There was no plug in the bath which they helpfully went and got one for me, unfortunately they brought the wrong size. This seems to sum up the visit fairly well, good intentions poorly executed.

   Great location and room fairly clean until you take a look at the bath area. They charge nearly £170 a room and yet they can’t change or replace a disgusting shower curtain. Looks like the profits aren’t spent where they should be. Do better Travelodge.

   Very impressed with the family room, clean and comfortable. Shout out to guy on the front desk, accommodated our specificc needs. All staff encountered were helpful and friendly. Would defo use this hotel again. TY.

   I had a wonderful and comfortable experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the staff greeted me warmly every morning. The front desk staff, especially Dhawa Lama, was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. Overall, excellent experience and I'd happily stay here again.

   Would like to thank the two receptionist whilst at my stay. Jess and Ethan. Excellent costumer service and very friendly. Thank you to the manager for being available when needed to ask questions. Definitely recommend coming to the travellodge. No problems at all. Thank you to all the amazing staff and making my stay a happy one

   BEWARE! I had to cancel a reservation that I made 5 months in advance. They said that I booked it under a "super saver" rate and that the reservation was non-refundable. This term was not made clear through the reservation service I used. Even though the reservation was canceled FIVE MONTHS ahead of time, they refused to issue a refund. This is an absurd, predatory policy that I have never encountered working with a hotel before. Extremely discreditable.

   Our stay was quite good, but some thing have to be better if they want people to come back: - there was absolutely no room cleaning even if we hang the door tag - no cleaning in hallway - room key didn’t work everyday we came back to our room (have to solve these problems at the reception twice a day) - you can’t open the windows to have a fresh air, you just have an AC But if you don’t have high expectations it can be good, because the location is perfect and right in the city centre.

   Stayed for two nights. Hotel was in a very good location in the centre of town with walking distance to everything. Good bed and spacious room. Staff were really lovely and took extra care with helping me getting around.

   Great location. Friendly staff. Room was not ready at 4.45pm as staff called in sick and they was behind on cleaning rooms Air conditioning not working or coffee machine but close to local amenities. Quiet stay I would use again. There is no parking only disabled outside. Car parks locally are expensive
