Great location on the main road, plus a secret car park around the back. Note that you must drive through the covered entry to Sainsburys to get access. Warm comfy rooms and a hearty breakfast.

Lovely friendly host, good full English breakfast. They were really accommodating and went above and beyond. Offered breakfast 20m earlier than normal and managed to get us a bigger room + cot for our 1yo. Stayed here for an Alton towers trip which is 20m away. Thanks so much!

Cozy, comfortable clean rooms, and an absolute banger of a breakfast. As an American visiting the UK for the first time, the most out-of-place part was simply staying in a B&B for the first time. Really can't rate the hospitality high enough, a nice little gem in a nice little town, not far from some really cool stuff that you definitely shouldn't miss. A wonderful home base away from home if you're doing some exploring around the area. Im working in Derby and attending a wedding over at Kirk Langley, so this was the perfect, quiet little in-between. Be aware the town rolls the streets up at around 10pm, but it's quiet and quaint for a reason, so roll with it and enjoy a wonderful stay.

We phoned to book very last minute and were pleased to be fitted in. We had the ground floor room which although small had everything you need. Good hot shower. The price included breakfast but unfortunately we had to leave very early so missed it. The dining room is very characterful. Good location in the centre of Ashbourne with a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Sainsburys is next door. A very quick stay but just what we needed.

Really comfortable guest house. Very old with 'wobbly' floors and plenty of steps. Having said that our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with plenty of provisions. Breakfast was cooked, freshly, at the time we asked for and was really substantial. We were very comfortable for the one night we were there and can highly recommend it

Incredible little Bed & Breakfast in a beautiful small town with loads of history. Our stay was priced well, included all amenities and the breakfast was beyond expectations, even to ask for gluten-free. Definitely going back!
