Advantages + + very convenient location, very satisfied with it + they have some rooms to study, limited though + closed storage room for cycles, it is necessary, because, if you leave it outside it will not stay for long, I left it 4-5 times for small time periods and they attempted to steal it two times, the place is notorious for bike thefts. +smart storage solutions in the rooms Problems - -Standard rooms are too small for the price, of course they offer few larger studios in case you want to overspend for your stay, definitely expensive for regular students. -Heating is a challenge as they use small convectors which are centrally controlled and monitored. They turn off automatically after around 20 minutes and if it is a cold day with high demand in heating you can turn them only 2-3times after that you are not able to turn them on for some hours even if the room is still cold. And it is cold when you wake up in winter with he the heating off. It would be smarter if you could set the temperature. -No active ventilation system in the bathroom, not even a fan, humidity can be a challenge -Laundry is more expensive than in other dormitories even though they use the same machines and service company - 6 18yo tenants in one flat using the same kitchen and no-one cleaning will unavoidably be a problem unless you are happy to live in a dirty place. The staff is unable to help with this unless you pay extra for cleaning service which is a waste when you live with dirty tenants. Most kitchens there suffer as they don't clean. They should include kitchen-cleaning as standard as it happens elsewhere. -They will not help you in any of the problems you may face during your stay there, except for maintenance issues regarding their infrastructure and the room. -The staff could be described as disregardful, indifferent and some of them are just unpleasant (Zoe) or even disrespectful (Alfonso). -The majority of tenants are Chinese and Asian, so if you are not from these places you may feel uncomfortable as they are everywhere speaking their language. -They should have some kind of sound insulation, you hear your tenants having calls. -they used to bribe internet rankings with flasks and silly treats to take a lot of positive rankings on the web. I do not recommend it, unless you are all the time out, eating out and you are lucky to have quiet tenants, some flats, especially on higher 3 floors tenants can be too enthousiastic late at night, thus you may face problems with your sleep. It could be much better, not very good value, mediocre experience.

Amazing vibes, very wonderful service, clean and tidy place. Today I have been to Southampton Crossings building to inquire about student accommodation and met Nadia, she was extremely friendly and helpful with me. I would definitely recommend this student accommodation for all of the students.

Absolutely wonderful! This was my home for three years during Uni. My room was spacious and high quality. The staff are lovely and so friendly and you always feel safe and looked after. They are always up for a chat! There were some events hosted throughout the year which also brought all the residents together and helped us make friends.

Lift breaks down all the time and takes ages to repair. Lift indicates only 2 people should use the lift at one time due to covid restrictions but the maintenance guys with spectacle still decides to squeeze in when there has been 2 people in the lift.

A very nice place to stay, very clean and crisp, literally a new building, loads of shops just a short walk away, residents of the building do their own thing and are friendly. Had a great time there my only annoyance was the parking situation as I got a parking ticket even though I paid for one for 30 minutes! this was after 6 minutes, please be careful as the wardens are actively watching people, my mistake was I parked in a motorcycle bay which wasn't clear, I will be fighting this, there is a multi storey car park which is pretty expensive daily but overnight works out to between £7-8, remember from 1800 - 0800 it is free so try and come after then after day trips, our room wasn't cleaned for over a week which was disappointing as we had to almost store our rubbish in one corner but were charged a cleaning fee, we did have one or two issues but they were sorted out quick by the onsite engineers, we stayed the week when it got extremely hot, we asked for a fan because we realised there was no air conditioning in the apartment so went out to purchase our own fan, they were sold out everywhere! the building took days to cool down, price was ok, room is ok for two adults but is a bit of a squeeze on the bed (we are not large in size), other then that a good stay.

Great price for what we got. On arrival at 8pm we were told room was not ready as they didn't have the cleaning staff and were told it's because it's a busy day... This was said to other customers on other days too so they need to get the cleaning staff situation fixed as it's a bad first impression. Guy was very friendly and accommodating and remained friendly when he saw us

This one could be the most comfort apartment in Southampton! I truly love the karaoke room and the balcony on the top floor. Amazing view and everything is new and modern.
