Any minor issues were always resolved same day. Needed new window handle etc, they were straight on it. I got my deposit back within a week of moving out. Great communication and always happy to help. The properties are in good condition and whenever I had any questions they were quick to answer them with no problems. The process of renting a flat was made easy with the lovely staff who are very down to Earth.
These lot are a bunch of incompetent cowboys, I'll tell you what I have noticed about them is that they are not professional at all, they dont chase things up, you have to chase them and they pick and choose who they want in a property, and I felt there was a bit of discrimination in regards to race and status, I had all the faculties to be the perfect tenant, but what they do they is they take holding deposits from potential renters and choose who they want, you send them all the documents ie: bank statements then they ask again for them again I would not recommend these lot to anyone, stick to legit Estate agents who are well educated and professional, their properties are very badly looked after and so unkempt anyway, they have rats and bugs crawling so i think i dodged a bullet with them, they just rent for the fun of it like its a hobby but they're not legit and should be investigated. They are Worst Estate Agency in Hampshire
