   Rented one of their student houses in 2023-2024 and had a far better experience compared to our previous private landlord. Poswall Lettings is a family-run business and the two men in charge are genuinely kind, understanding, and always quick to sort out any issues. Throughout the tenancy we made sure to look after the house, keep it clean, and return it in great condition - and we got our full deposit back with no stupid deductions like other scummy landlords will do. They were completely fair and transparent, never trying to take advantage. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a house to stay at

   Definitely 5 stars, Poswall is the perfect choice! They are relaxed and always on hand to help with any issues. While many of my friends have had issue with their landlords, waiting months to get things fixed, Poswall would have things sorted within 2 days.    I genuinely cannot recommend Poswall Lettings enough! We were with them for two years and from start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked our viewing, through the contract signing, and now to the end of our tenancy, everything was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. Whenever we had any issues; no matter how big or small the team were quick to respond and always made sure things were resolved promptly. They really went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and happy in our home. The entire team were consistently friendly, supportive, and professional. It honestly felt like they cared about us not just as tenants, but as people. In a market where you so often hear horror stories about poor communication, ignored maintenance requests, and unhelpful landlords or agents, Poswall were the complete opposite. We feel so lucky to have rented through them it made such a difference to our experience, and we always felt at ease knowing we were in good hands. Thank you to everyone at Poswall for making our first rented home such a positive and memorable experience. We’re genuinely sad to be leaving, but so grateful for the last two years. If you're looking for a letting agency that actually cares and does things properly, go with Poswall!

   Best landlord / letting agents in Southampton! My rent for my 1 bed flat (living room / kitchen + bedroom + bathroom) matched the same as a typical student studio with bills included. The interior was beyond the typical quality of a student flat, with a beautiful bathroom. Any issues were dealt with quickly and they went above and beyond for me including letting me in without charge the several times I locked myself out.They were not finicky about returning the deposit either unlike many other Southampton student letting agents. 100% recommend.
