   Ive let my property for 3/4 years with leaders and its just a never ending money pit. They've never been able to source a long term tenant, in fact their contracts with tenants are pointless because they can pay as exit fee to break out of it early meaning you can be left with gaps between tenants and paying their set up frees, over and over and over again. I pay the highest rate for full management and protection of the property, however the tradesmen they use are disgustingly over priced that ive often tried to source my own repairs works. I have also had issues where mid-tenancy property checks weren't complete and the tenant trashed the property which resulted in a load of work needing to be done on the house. The constant pay out for repairs from this tenant and regularly new tenants coming in/out has left me without rent for many months which has put me in financial difficulties. The saving grace for Leaders Bitterne is that Taylor is supportive as my property manager and puts up with my moaning and grumbles. Plus Jayne the branch manager has always been supportive on the phone and via email.

   Staff from Leaders Bitterne have been amazing throughout all the process! Mia has been a sweetheart and an absolute legend starting from viewing of property to answering all our questions! Moreover, Aaron has been kind enough to show us the property the second time, while handover with him was flawless and so smooth!    Mia & the team at Bitterne have been brilliant dealing with my move. Even during a challenging set back with my original property they quickly & efficiently found me a new place and they couldn't have been more helpful to get me sorted & settled. I would recommend Leaders to anyone looking to move, the welcome to your new home box with a little treats was a nice touch on my moving in day!. Stephanie has been a great property manager so far during my stay in my new home, getting any issues raised and all been sorted within the same day of reporting. Stephanie is definitely approachable when it comes raising any problems & nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all for everything.

   As a first time renter and a non-UK citizen, I can say with complete certainty that Leaders are the most reliable service out there. They have been transparent and on the ball since day 1. I had some urgency related to starting my tenancy, and they completely understood this. Mia Ellis handled my move and my god, she was fantastic! Consistent communication, ensuring that things were clear and fighting my corner when required, it has all been absolutely wonderful. Leaders have been great and I wholeheartedly recommend.

In particular Aaron and Mia have been excellent in their communications and commitment and alleviating any stresses I was experiencing. They have gone out of their way in some cases, eg, offering to fit a co2 alarm in the property! They will be managing it now it’s let and I look forward to an equally good service.

   I have had a fantastic experience of Leaders and it is easily the best letting agency I have ever used. I was looked after by Helen who has been so helpful throughout the year. Very quick responses to emails and is always able to answer my questions and sort out any issues. I have had quick responses to maintenance issues which were dealt with overnight and then repaired within 2 days. A really good letting agency with a fabulous team. Helen, Aaron, Jayne and Sam have made everything so smooth and easy, right from arranging viewings to moving out of the flat. Thank you to all!
