   Moving home is often considered a nightmare, and this move was no different with buyers and sellers at both ends of the chain playing hard ball. But thanks to Pip, the experience was manageable, transparent, and fuelled by both optimism and reality. A constantly kind and approachable individual, I would trust her with more than just the acquisition of a property, and would recommend Pure to anybody looking for properties in West End and the surrounding areas. Even when we had issues at my end of the chain, she somehow managed everything from her end and managed to buy me some time while appeasing all party’s. Absolute star and an example of how this business sector needs to operate for the property market to excel.
