very bad service . I call them to book a taxi at 5.00 pm. I called them 3 hours ago because I knew taxi will be late. When it’s 5 I called them again they said they are sending ,now it’s half past five they are not Picking calls. I will never call them again. wrose service .
Not the best experience I’ve had. Spoiled the night booked a return from Ise lodge 25/01/20 11.30pm back to the Travelodge as I live out of the area. The operator put the phone down on me then wouldn’t answer 35 minutes of trying. If you couldn’t make it that would have been ok all you had to do was say but to be stranded miles away that’s just unfair.
Booked a very short journey to a ticketed event (less than 10 mins journey) and driver arrived 20 minutes late and demanded £15 payment upfront or told us to get out the car! So we got out! We of course then missed the start of our event thanks to the terrible service! Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again.
Excellent and reliable service, I use this company all the time, drivers are nice and polite too ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
