   I have used Richmonds for approximately 10 years now and have sold and purchased numerous properties with them. I have always found them professional, responsive when raising questions and fair with their pricing and valuations. Unlike many estate agents, richmonds provide weekend and out of hours contact providing mobile numbers for their agents which is perfect if you work typical office hours and need to contact them when it’s convenient for you. Simply put I wouldn’t trust any other estate agent within SO30 and surrounding areas to provide the same services.

He went above and beyond what would normally be expected to ensure that our sale was put through within the stamp duty holiday.
