    Avoid to rent this place We have checked out last year in June and our deposit still not back to us yet. We have emailed theirs manager Victoria many times and never get replied I have to pay a solicitor to dealing with this matter When we checked in, the lift was work( the lift never work for 3 months) we have to move all of our stuffs from stairs The room is very dirty and all bedding linen has not changed from last guest It is a nightmare place

    The elevator has not been working for more than 6 months . They tell the part would come next week but it never happens. The lower floors are said to be not available for few months March it’s been a year and the lift still isn’t working. They still say the same that part is on the way and still say the rooms aren’t available.

    The hotel is terrible, the only good thing is location. There is no one on reception, you should call when you need something and wait until someone comes. The room was dirty when I came with rests of good in the sink, someone's hair in the shower and dirty floors. I asked to change the room- there was nothing free and available. It was also cold, but the heating was fixed in the evening. Would never recommend to anyone.

    I’m staying here for more than a year because the location is good for my job. But we’re more than 10 months without lift! Every time we ask about it, they say that they’re waiting the company to fix. 10 months waiting. I’ve tried to move for a 2 bedroom apartment offering them a negotiation to forget about the lift and they didn’t accept. Apart from that, all the building is dirty, the corridors are not being cleaned, the laundry room is a shame, dirty machines, dirty space, without any care. On the website they say that there’s a gym and I’m waiting for more than a year to be ready. The windows of the apartment had been cleaned once in more than 1 year living here. Victoria Crampton, the manager, doesn’t answer our emails. What we need to do to have the problems fixed in the building?????

    Great quality accommodation. Stayed here for 10 days with work, apartments are high spec and well situated for the town centre. Having a proper kitchen was also big plus over a hotel stay. Would recommend and will stay again.

    I stayed there for about 10days; the location is prime and so the rooms. However, the elevator was not working during my entire stay and i still believe its not sorted yet. It was a painful experience for me; i had to carry 6-7 trolleys four floors through staircases. This is after 18hrs of flight! I recommend this place only if the elevator is working.

    WORST EXPERIENCE!! Do not book! We booked this apartments for Parklife festival months in advance and had all our reservations details as confirmed. We arrived on the day of our booking to check in, only to be told that our booking was ‘cancelled’. We showed that we had all the confirmed details and then the receptionist claimed that their system had been acting up since yesterday where it is saying many booking are ‘cancelled’. She said all the rooms are taken and there is nothing she can do and we need to look for new accommodation! No help was given and we were left stranded, having travelled from London. They were aware of this issue and were making no effort to contact people who had bookings for the next day! The customer service was appalling and it ruined our whole weekend. Do not waste your money here!
