   Roseleigh is perfectly situated to explore all that Buxton has to offer, from the wonderful architecture of the Crescent and the history of the Spa water, to the numerous good quality restaurants and bars. Gerard and Maggie are superb hosts, extremely welcoming and Gerard’s knowledge of the town is excellent and really helpful before you venture out. Roseleigh House is spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well equipped, the en-suite bathrooms are modern with all of the facilities you will require. Finally, to top if off, the breakfast is of the highest quality we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended, we’ll be using it again.

   What a fantastic stay at Roseleigh B&B Buxton. Gerard & Maggie where the perfect hosts, from walking through the front door everything was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, breakfast delicious, nothing to complain about here. Breakfast staff were lovely too. Would absolutely recommend this gem of a place, central for all amenities, beautiful views over the lake.....perfect!!

   We’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely loved it both times. Gerard and Maggie are amazing hosts, so friendly and welcoming. Gerard gave us some great recommendations for hikes and places to visit around Buxton. The room was clean, airy, and spotless, with amazing views. Breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious, and had plenty of options. We’d definitely love to go back again!

   Our stay was delightful. We had a fantastic time in Buxton. The location of the guesthouse was excellent, easily walkable to everywhere and across from a gorgeous park. Very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection and freshly prepared. The service was smooth and professional, all the staff were so efficient and friendly. The room was large and comfortable, very clean with good beds.

   Everything about the Roseleigh exceeded expectations and was absolutely lovely! The owner met me at the door upon my (much later than expected) arrival, provided me with some information, and was kind enough to repeat that information at breakfast the next morning (understanding that i must have been quite tired after a long trip). The breakfast is excellent. They have a small menu with items to please everyone, as well as a buffet of cheeses, yogurts, cereals and all different kinds of fresh juices. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. Exactly what I needed, for a peaceful weekend. The hotel is located right on a park that is beautiful for a walk, and it's also close to the main centre of town. I can not recommend this establishment enough. Will absolutely be back!

   Wonderful BnB!! Beautiful surroundings looking out across the lake and the promenade. Very well maintained and very comfortable accommodation. Gerrard and Maggie were really friendly and helpful too. We’ll definitely be returning again next year and using the Roseleigh Guesthouse a base for our walking weekends.

   Have just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely guest house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Buxton. Just a 6 or 7 minute walk from the opera house (ideal if you're seeing a show whilst in Buxton) and a couple of minutes further for shops/bars/restaurants. Our room was immaculate, bed was super comfy, good shower. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room. Breakfasts were great, lots of choice and all served up by lovely staff.

   I booked the Roseleigh Guest House for a walking weekend with friends and from initial enquiry through to the day we departed Gerard and his team were very helpful and considerate of our needs. The accommodation was in a perfect location and one of the comfiest sleeps I've had away from home. The breakfast was something to look forward to each morning with a whole array of cereals, fruits, juices, and different full breakfast for all. I would definitely recommend the Roseleigh for a well priced comfortable stay in Buxton, and I will definitely be staying there again.

   Lovely stay with Gerard and Maggi at the Roseleigh Guest House. The location is fantastic directly opposite the lake in Pavilion Gardens and it is a very pleasant walk along the side of the gardens to the main attractions of Buxton. Breakfast was lovely and the interior of the rooms and common area had a very warm, period ambience. Very good recommendations for restaurants and spa!

   Such a lovely place. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast served by lovely people. We had a great stay here. Really well situated for a short stroll into Buxton town centre and short car journeys to superb walking in the Peaks Thanks so much.
