   Absolutely incredible overnight stay and spa at Moddershall Oaks! Master Suite was beautiful, private spa pool was a lovely touch, especially being able to order drinks to the poolside. Facilities were great in both indoor and outdoor spa areas, sleep lounge and the cosy lounge are so nice! Staff across the site were very welcoming and friendly. The Oak House restaurant 2 course inclusive meal was lovely, as a coeliac i felt i was catered for very well and the food came out with little GF flags and the staff were great. Drinks, sides and dessert were additonal but we were very happy with the package. Top marks to the chef who made that Thai Green soup, hands down the best soup ive had! Had a further drink upstairs in the balcony bar which was also great. Slept very well, very relaxing, however bed was a little squeaky in the master suite. Breakfast in the Oak House restaurant was great, again my dietary requirements were catered for and the lovely manager explained what i was able to have. And then the icing on the cake, the 105 minute full body renewal. The best treatment weve experienced to date, and it definitely lives up to its name. The ladies were very welcoming and both did an amazing job. A truly relaxing experience and we'd be very happy to return. Overall, Moddershall Oaks has hit the top spot of our spa break list and we cannot wait to return in the future. Thankyou to all the staff that made our stay perfect! 100% recommend!

   I don't know whether I kicked Santa in the shin in a past life, but I must be on the naughty list to be put through that absolute nightmare of a Santa visit. We arrived on time for our Santa's breakfast and shown to our table. So far so good. We sat at our table for over an hour before someone comes up to us, "What would you like for breakfast?" I'm asked. "I don't know, what's on offer?" I reply. "Oh don't you have a menu?!" She brings us a menu and says that she'll give us some time to review - frankly there were 4 things on the menu, it didn't require long. 20 minutes later she returns and takes our order. Another hour passes without so much as a crumb appearing. Eventually the food arrives, my son is given the incorrect food, but at this point we are all ravenous so we just eat. Clearly everything had been under a heat lamp, but beggars can't be choosers. We then site for, you guessed it, yet another hour of waiting to be let in to see Santa - we are the last people in the restaurant, music is turned off and tables are being dissembled around us. Really comfortable. Santas had a long day, he cannot remember my daughter's name for the life of him, but that's a part of the charm I guess. Lastly it comes to the presents. They have run out of presents for older children and they have to have younger presents, two books that they are clearly both far too old for. But at this point I just wanted to leave all of this behind and forget about it all.

   I spent a spa day at the resort, as I had done on numerous occasions over the years. The staff and location are always superb, but I found that the spa area has begun to look a little tired. With spouts not working or pressure being low in the jacuzzis', water in the outside jacuzzi being a moderate temperature, people commenting it was too cold! Food has always been first class in the restaurant, but I had occasion i had to send my food back. The staff member was gracious enough to give me another option, but I found that the salmon dish was swimming in oil and could not eat that either. Regardless, this is a great spa set in a beautiful location of the country.

   Had the most lovely relaxing day at the spa. All the staff were attentive, treatment was great, lunch was delicious and spa itself was lovely and great facilities. Sat in the outside hot tub with the Christmas decor and a hot chocolate was perfection! Will recommend.

   Spectacular wedding venue ❤️ We had an incredible wedding at Moddershall, the whole team were nothing short of amazing. So helpful, kind and accommodating. We had the best day, delicious food and great service throughout the day. So many of our guests complemented the whole day from start to finish, not the mention the great facilities with the pods. Beautiful memories of this place to last a lifetime - thank you all from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

   My partner took me here for my birthday, we were both looking forward to some pure relaxation. The hotel was beautiful, and the spa was our favorite. We loved the twinkle lights above the hydro pool It looks beautiful in the evening, very romantic. The hot hydro pool outside was bliss. Ordering drinks to enjoy whilst being warm in the pool with the Christmas lights looked stunning. The treatments were just divine!! Everything about this space was beautiful. We are from Kent, we like to travel to spas and enjoy spending time relaxing together. Thank you for making my birthday heavenly!!

   Had an absolutely lovely over night stay + spa experience with my sister. Facilities were well kept, clean and the food is lovely. Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you, big up to Tracy + Jacob for going the extra mile and delivering outstanding customer service ☺️

   Came with hubby for the evening spa and dinner. Didn't have any treatments. Spa was lovely but a few things need attention: broken slat in sauna, water tap not working by the indoor pool, jets didn't always come on when pressed in the hydrotherapy pool, shower turned off after 30 seconds - not sure if that was normal as forgot to ask. Outdoor hot tub was lovely and you can have your drink whilst in the tub. A towel and robe is provided but don't forget to bring your own towel for the shower. A bit of a walk from the indoor facilities to the hot tub. Staff were very polite and always had a smile. Arriving at night there's little light on the road so drive slow. Car park is on a steep bank, high heels not recommended particularly if wet. Dinner was lovely. But after the spa it's very warm, avoid heavy clothing. Waiters again were friendly and polite. Overall a nice experience and would recommend.

   I've visited on 2 separate occasions and each time have been welcomed and catered to by the super friendly staff there! If it weren't for the packages this spa offers I'd likely not be able to afford/justify a visit, I hope they keep up offering such great packages! We had a massage by Kate (lovely girl from the US) she was fantastic! Can't wait to visit again!

   Absolutely amazing We spent a day with Moddershall Oaks (three friends and myself) fantastic day. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Restaurant staff were brilliant- food was amazing. Suzy knew how to make the perfect cup of tea and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Kate in the treatments was perfect and I feel so relaxed. Thank you
