    Really poor service at Runners Need Windsor! I arrived promptly for a gait analysis appointment and waited in the Runners Need area of the store, but no one was available. After 10 minutes, I spoke to a member of staff who explained that the store was short-staffed and advised me to wait. Unfortunately, despite waiting for almost 30 minutes, I did not receive any assistance or further communication from staff. This was particularly frustrating as I had travelled some distance specifically for this appointment, incurring both travel and parking costs to visit the store. I won't be returning and will be arranging a gait analysis from a competitor store.

    Awful customer service. Went in to enquire and potentially buy some Adidas trainers. This is a “running” shop after-all I was visiting the area and needed a pair, I only wear adidas. I asked the female assistant “do you sell Adidas” her reply was “No, the company don’t sell them. I don’t rate them anyway!” Firstly, I didn’t ask for her opinion on what she thought. Secondly, as a first impression it was awful. I am seasoned runner and these are the trainer I chose to run it. A simple explanation would suffice that the company don’t sell them. Terrible.

    Went in for a gait analysis and fitting, was early for my appointment but they managed to fit me in. Bea was very friendly, patient, informative and recommended the best fitting shoes for my needs. Highly recommend.

    Staff at RunnersNeed has excellent costumer service. Lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name, but she had lovely glasses) helped me a lot with choosing the right shoes. You can measure your feet there, run on a treadmill to check what shoes you need and then test them too. With such a great experience I could buy my shoes only there. I just wish there was more colour selection!

    Went in to browse new neutral gait running shoes, came out with a pair + socks: excellent salesmanship from Michael there! But- on a serious note- he set time aside to inform, advise and assist where he could, even spending 20mins on the phone to the Piccadilly branch to source a particular colour. Wasn’t at all pushy and was able to recommend based on personal experience. Crucially, he also listened actively. All round 5 ⭐️ experience- thanks guys! Tom
