Very disappointed that there are unprofessional businesses like this one out there. I needed an immediate taxi to catch an intercity train and was told it will be within 10mins so for contingency I quickly rang to check another number (same firm and person) and they said i just called them and will no longer take me. Yet if I had got a quicker taxi I would have called to cancel but he didnt care. Luckily I did get a very nice taxi from Mr Taxi in daventry and all was ok unlike the rude GB Taxis/Great Britain Taxis, who acted like a school kid.
