Before this costa was great; as a regular cinema goer I was pretty pleased. I just don't understand why it is suddenly so understaffed and the attitude is so poor from staff. This has been the case for the previous 6 weeks. Tonight, (21/01/25) I queued only to get to the front and be told in bolshy tones that they were shut but the only person working because "I need a break". It made queuing a total waste of my time at a busy moment of high demand (7:10pm). I left it an hour and came back - still noone there to serve me - disrupting the film I was seeing and still no drink. Please can senior Costa staff have a word?
