They're fine at the beginning. Happy to take your money. But you wait until things start going wrong with the properties. We have been tenants of Melbourne Lets for a number of years and have lived in mould, damp and hack repair jobs. Despite various messages requesting repairs done, they were ignored or done as a patch up job. Very, very poor service.
