   I would like to convey my sincere gratitude to James Norman (Sales Manager) for his help and support throughout the whole process as it was greatly appreciated. Selling my property whilst abroad and different time zones was an extremely challenging experience especially being at the top of the chain but James made it easier with his courteous and professionalism when selling our property. At times when further explanations was required he was extremely patient and went the extra mile to ensure that as his clients, he took the time to present all the information and options to us. I couldn’t thank James enough for ensuring a smoother process and would highly recommend him for his services and will be doing so to my family, friends and colleagues.

   James was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying / selling process! Spot on with his estimate for the house and was eager to help anyway he could. He was constantly chasing solicitors all the way down the chain to make sure things were moving as quickly as possible. As always solicitors dragged their feet but James was in constant contact with me updating me on the progress of the chain. If I happen to sell my house in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact James at Acquire again. Thanks James!

   The staff at the Chellaston branch have been fantastic in getting the new tenants into the property within 5 working days. Especially to Suzanne and Faith in conducting a very detailed inspection and inventory list. The report was complied and emailed to me within the same day. Every time I speak or email either Faith or Suzanne, I get a reply within the day. The staff are always courteous and helpful, always advising you what’s happening and the next steps. They are very professional and knowledgeable which is reassuring, and always have your best interests at the heart of everything they do. I’ve used Aquire since 2014, and never even thought about using any other letting agency in Derby. Plus the fact they got a branch 2 minute walk of me, is lovely if I just want to pop in and discuss anything face to face. I would highly recommend Aquire properties. Thank you.

   Truly exceptional! I’ve been blown away by the professionalism and commitment of James Norman at Acquire. He dealt with everything from my initial enquiry. After instructing him, my house sold within days of listing and he then followed through to completion months later, actively chasing on my behalf and keeping everyone in the loop on a regular basis. In these days of being passed from pillar to post and shoddy customer service, James’ drive, dedication and people skills stand out like a beacon in the darkness. There were issues with lost documents and tardy solicitors but James kept on the ball, unruffled, at all times and I’m convinced I’d still be waiting without his involvement.    I have never brought a house with such ease in my life. I'm a very busy person and need a sale to be easy.... James replied to me within minutes and answered every single question he chased both solicitors constantly and was always so helpful and friendly. I can't stress enough how on the ball he was, I could message him anytime at all and never had any problems. I used to be a manager for an estate agents and we never ever ran things half as well as he did. I'm so so happy with the service, the origional offered were spoken about straight away, the conversation was always to the point and proactive there was no pointless conversation or pushy sales it was like working with a friend. So happy, and I think the managers should recognise how good the sale was as one main reason I stayed with this sale was due to James. I even met the girls when I collected my keys and every one said hello and looked great. So pleased!!!!

   I first worked with Acquire Properties years ago when purchasing our first property and their customer service and professionalism meant that when it came to selling that same property recently, it was a no brainer to get them involved, and once again they did not disappoint. I recently worked with James N who was excellent from start to finish. His experience, communication skills and drive were integral to finalising on a particularly slow chain.    Acquire properties Chellaston , Branch, I was soo disappointed Some staff service is not professionally way, I had bad experienced this year from the staff who visit the house is racist, also no respect because she came in the house without any appointment, also the way she approach with customer not fairly. Month of October 2022 she came to visit the house and, I just woke up finished my breakfast .Im a bit delayed to open the door. The agency staff was trying to open the door. How the way she is? Rude! Also I experienced that she wanted to come in the house without any appointment, and she wanted me to open the door . I disagreed because no any appointment was made that she will visit the property,also she Askjng me repeatedly to sign the form regarding the deposit. I spoke to the agency staff give me an appointment before She came to visit, but she go away appeared angry, moaning She said "I will tell to the Landlord!" Supposed im not happy to choose even one star, but no other option. Hope will not happen again to other costumer's.

   We rented through Acquire and found them to be very helpful. The website is very good for raising issues. When raising issues through this it was resolved quickly. Acquire sorted out the gas checks promptly before we moved in. They inpected the apartment at times agreeable to us. They were fair with the deposit. I would recommend.
