   We couldn’t be happier with the service from Anthony James! Out of all the estate agents we’ve dealt with, they truly stood out. Unlike the usual stereotype of agents who start off proactive but quickly lose steam, Anthony James team kept the energy and responsiveness going the whole way through. Their team was genuinely amazing—always on top of things, super proactive, and honestly, replying to our emails in about five minutes on average. That kind of dedication really made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Dan Barrington guided us through our purchase with such care and brilliance every step of the way. There was even a thoughtful surprise at the end—a lovely card, two elegant keyrings, and a bottle of fizz. It wasn’t just about completing the process; it felt like being genuinely celebrated, and that made the whole experience unforgettable. A heartfelt thanks to Dan and team.

   We have just completed the purchase of our new house with Anthony James and feel I must add a review for the exceptional service received from them. Our previous move was fraught with problems following terrible service from our estate agent however, Anthony James have now totally reversed that perception. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. From our first contact with them, we have had nothing but efficiency, help, empathy and kindness throughout the whole process. Richard started off the proceedings with the viewings and initial negotiations with the vendors, all in a very timely and efficient manner enabling Tony to take up the reigns and negotiate his way through seemingly endless problems, mostly to do with our solicitors. Without Tony, I dont think we would have completed our process and I certainly dont think mentally I would have survived in one piece! Tony was always on hand, often out of hours or on his days off. He really went above and beyond expectations and always with such kindness, empathy, understanding and efficiency. So a massive thank you to Tony and all his team for a superb job and helping to keep my sanity in tact! The final touch of a lovely card and a gift was a wonderful end to a seamless service.

   Credit where it's due... We've just sold and bought a house in SO45 with Anthony James Properties for a 2nd time and, unsurprisingly, they were superb from start to finish. If you're looking for the best estate agent in the area, look no further. The best communication, a helpful viewings App and helpful chain/legal chasing throughout. Highly recommend them over anyone else!
