   Was fitted for new set of clubs and new shaft in 5 wood earlier in the year which I was very happy with. Subsequently wanted to get a 7 wood reshafted to the same spec. Aftersales service was appalling and far short of what you would expect from a high end provider. Originally quoted a high price and had to chase on numerous occasions for response. I even had to chase after I told them I wanted to place the order. In the end, I gave up and placed the order with Scottsdale golf who were cheaper and more importantly much more efficient.

   Jason is the all-knowing expert at club-fitting and has served me well for many years now. However, recently had both Driver and Putter fittings with Tom, as Jason unavailable. Equally good advice; thorough and honest. Came away knowing that my current gear is as good as it gets as a fit for me, and there was no attempt to hard sell new clubs that would not have been any better. Top team - trustworthy and knowledgeable.

   Good morning Simon, I wanted to let you know a quick update on my "new" irons. Firstly, thankyou for all your work and guidance its really helped my game, the new nippon shafts fitted into my srixon irons are fabulous they more than meet my expectations from the fitting. My first game was a competition last friday, which I won! scored 37 points. Highlights were the common feel and performance from all the irons regardless of number, I was really impressed with the new 7 iron in particular. I was also suprised with the distance from the irons when struck correctly, the overall result is I no longer feel there is a narrow window in which the irons perform for me, they respond much better and when hit hard go dead straight, amazing! So, thankyou Simon and all your team who have built me a wonderful set of irons, I really appreciate everyones hard work. Kind regards, Colin.

   Honest feedback I recently had the pleasure of spending valuable time with Tom and despite saying he could sell me a new putter, he did not feel able to fit me into a new putter. However, he spent time to explain the numbers and suggested some simple steps to improve my putting. My hope is these will improve my shorter putts and I will return to Club Champion again. In a society today that is driven by instant results and sell at any cost it was great to get constructive and honest feedback. On top of that, Tom shared some of his own work so both interesting and a top customer focused member of the team, Thanks again Tom - hopefully see you in the future - Chris

   I was very impressed with my fitting with Simon. We had plenty of time, lots of options to try until we eventually landed on the right Driver and shaft for me. Even got some advice after the fitting on a fairway wood we had considered, which Simon knew would not be purchased through CC, still offering his guidance on the spec I needed to order and reassurance we could change the shaft later if needed. A valuable and enjoyable experience without any hard sell, I’m sure I’ll be back in future.
