Apply for a rental property, rejected due to another applicant being selected. Reapply for the property and rejected again. Do not expect to get anything if you are not working. Even if you are genuinely someone who is suffering with mental health issues and have been given further support by the government, don't bother applying for properties through this agency
This is a review for the lettings side of the business. Very unprofessional company. I've recently chased them for the annual gas safety check as it expired in September 2022, their excuse was that they've been trying to get hold of me for 2 MONTHS to arrange an appointment. TOTAL LIARS! I made a complaint about them to the HSE as this is a criminal offence. Also, I had to chase the CO2 detector, still no luck so I complained to the Environmental Health Department about them. I went to Wickes the same day and bought one. Thankfully I'm moving out soon and will be done with them, which hasn't stopped them incessantly emailing me EVERYDAY to arrange viewings (even though it says in my agreement that I don't have to allow this until one month before I leave). READ THE CONTRACT! Rent a property through them at your own RISK! I will be making a formal complaint about them to The Property Ombudsman.
