   I contracted E.M. Rogers to transport my Ferrari from my second home in the South of France to my primary home in the UK. The collection was prompt and loading was completed very quickly. Things were a different story though when it came to delivery of my Ferrari back to my primary home address. Not only did the car arrive 2 days later than agreed and on a different truck with a different driver, but upon my car being unloaded from the transporter, I noticed that the carbon fibre sills and splitter all had damages on them. For those that don't know, once carbon fibre is subjected to an impact, the shock spreads across the whole panel causing irreparable cracks. This has left me with a bill of over £16,000 which I am still fighting to get the damage rectified! I would urge anyone who is looking to hire this company to transport or store their pride and joy to think again! Used to be the pinnacle of car transport, sadly now not so!

   Very dangerous and unprofessional drivers. I was doing 50mph on the A45 which is 50MPH and 1 of thier drivers discided I wasnt going fast enough so came right up behind me and forced to move lanes and then proceeded to speed off over 50MPH not a good look for the company

   Having purchased a car from Histotics Auction, they informed me it had to be collected on sale day or morning after, i had no choice but to use E.M. Rogers transport recomended by Historics. They charged one night storage and did not deliver the car for 9 days later, The communication was very poor.The delivery mileage to my address was less than 90 miles for this i was charged a total of £690 which i find extorionate as my regular transport co quoted under £300 for delivery 2 days after the Auction.

   E M Rogers recently collected 2 Ferraris and 1 Porsche from Monaco and delivered them to Shropshire. Price was very exceptional as too was the service. I was informed all the way through from collection to delivery. Lee who collected and delivered was so very professional. By far the best covered car transport used to date. Highly recommended 10/10 from me.

   I did a collection for them for a 3rd party container transport company. Staff was really professional, loaded my container no issues, was offered coffee from the canteen, and was able to use their facilities, which was clean. Yard was also a good training ground for experience truck drivers to flex their driving skills when reversing and navigating the yard. But all good. Recommendation is good from me as a truck driver myself

   I recently bought a classic car in the UK and had it shipped to the USA for import. EM Rogers handled the shipping and was recommended by the auction site where I bought the car. Price was competitive and the customs company they recommended handled everything smoothly. My only complaints are that I had to message multiple times to get a quote, and then after paying and periodically inquiring when the vehicle would be shipped, I wasn't notified when the car was loaded on a boat - I was notified three days after, which of course gave me very short notice to make plans to retrieve the car. Overall: Given the shortages and complexities of shipping vehicles during a pandemic, I'm relieved that the car got here in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Communication could be improved at times but was generally prompt and helpful.
