   Terrible customer service. Miriam in particular. She sent my packages to the wrong location, doesn’t reply to messages, and does not update me on the status of my order. I am constantly chasing. The service is super expensive so you’d think the customer service would be 10/10 but unfortunately it’s a rotten 1/10.

   I was worried because of the other reviews but used the company and found them to be so friendly and helpful. Dropped my parcel on a Tuesday in Milton Keynes and my friend in Dar Es Salaam had the items the next Tuesday with no hassles. They invoice you and there is the option to pay in the UK or in TSh so is very flexible. Would definitely use them again.

   The worst decision we made was using this company,we saw bad reviews but we decided to give them a try because they were recommended by a friend!The parking was bad and unprofessional,a lot of our things arrived damaged,the moment we finished paying Fakeer he never bothered to reply or even accept our calls! it was a big challenge getting shipment documents my husband had to go back to UK and drive 200 miles to get these documents.We thought we were going to save some money but we ended paying more compared to what we would have paid AGS for relocation. Nice and friendly stuff with no experience in parking and relocation services at all!

   Poor service, very unprofessional and lack of proper communication. Level of service not consistent with what is stated on the website, they do not respond to phone calls or emails (I guess maybe to avoid litigation). They promise to deliver air cargo within 10 days but one month on my goods haven't been received. My experience with this company has turned out to be a complete disaster to say the least.

   Fakeer I trusted you every time I enquired about my Cargo. Your Company has lost me more than £5000 both in goods and Time! You don't answer calls your don't return messages and when you do, you lie and don't follow through! You still have my belongings in your Dar es salaam Office you delivered Damaged! To date no compensation no refund no phone call no nothing! I am sure am not the first just sad to know I won't be the last! Thanks for abusing my trust and waste. I originally wanted to take legal action but I have now taken my case to the grand master himself for your Judgement. Thanks for Nothing... such a shame that I have to give a star!!!
