Sally and Lisa have both been so friendly, responsive and helpful since I moved into the property a few weeks ago. The shower was leaking and they had a plumber out in less than 24 hours and it was fixed on the spot. Thanks ladies!
Not a bad estate agents as they go, but they need constant pushing to get things done..it's a 'If you don't contact them, they don't contact you' scenario. Selling on Mickleover Manor we thought they would know it's querks..but they didn't. We felt we could have done better ourselves..next time we will.
