   This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. Richard was the most attentive host - nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful and big, with free tea/coffee, a espresso maker, plus complimentary soft drinks/snacks in the fridge, which was also restocked daily. I felt safe and secure, and the building was quite with a lovely view. Shops and pubs/restaurants less than a few minutes away plus public transport. The breakfast was beautiful and brought to the room with lovely coffee and juice. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Richard.

   Having stopped in the finest hotels, guest houses and bed and breakfasts before I can only describe this one as 5+ stars. From booking, to arriving, the welcome, the accommodation, and the food was all first class. The cost was very reasonable, I would have expected to pay much more given how good it was. Well done the owners!

   Excellent little place in Eccleshall. Surprisingly quiet for being located so near the town centre. Richard was an excellent and friendly host. The breakfast was really tasty and filling. We had enough room for our family of four in the big room and the kids slept well in the roll out beds provided. Would definitely recommend.

   Had an excellent stay here. The host Richard could not do enough for you from check in to check out. Complimentary mini fridge was superb as was the coffee machine. Breakfast was amazing and a lovely touch served in the room. Felt very well looked after and will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

   Booked this B&B as am in Eccleshall for a few weekends this year. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels but very few B&B’s in my time but have to say this was one of the nicest from either category. From speaking to the owner Richard when booking right up until checkout on Sunday when Richard stopped traffic to enable me to leave his driveway it was faultless J The room (3) is of a generous size and the en-suite with rainfall shower is exquisite. There are no negatives to report only positives :) Private parking close to the town centre (right next to the Co-op) A room overlooking the gardens A stocked fridge with miniature white wine and sparkling rose, water, soft drinks and chocolate Two miniature bottles of red wine and wine glasses Lovely Egyptian cotton grey towels Nice large wall mounted flat screen TV on a pivot wall mount so you can watch in bed! Small table with place settings for 2 for the in room served breakfast Special mention should be made of the breakfast which is superb and can’t be faulted. I look forward to staying again, which will be 30th October!! Regards Mark

   Absolutely first class. The owner Richard would do anything for you to help make your stay perfect. Accommodation is beautiful in a self contained flat - all modern amenities - but the breakfasts are the icing on top of the cake!! Marvellous. Would highly recommend Eccleshall Bed and Breakfast.    This was truly an exceptional bed and breakfast and fantastic value for money. The host Richard was welcoming and friendly. The room was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We stayed two nights and the breakfast was fabulous and included in the price. We would certainly highly recommend and would most definitely stay again.
