Delivered our bed, after receiving a call from driver beforehand, he was able to deliver it earlier than the date scheduled, which was brilliant.
The whole process from buying the 2 beds to having them delivered and assembled was really good.
Wayne at Union Square was super helpful with explaining our options for mattresses and doing so much more for us even at closing time. He gave us every available option for affordability and we never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Really positive and friendly experience.

The sales team in the shop were helpful. Quick and easy to buy the mattress and not any pressure from the sales team. It was more than we were intending to buy but now we have the mattress - delighted we did. The communication from Bensons and from the delivery team was great. The delivery team were also very helpful when they arrived. Would recommend.
Great, professional and friendly service by the two ladies working in this shop. They answered all my questions and doubts. I was given time to think, the shop service was not intrusive. I felt taken care of there and was given as much time and attention as I required. I definitely recommend this store!
Dealt with Ethan, who said he could organise our mattress to be delivered on a certain date, in line with our new bed frame (not from Bensons). We receive the paperwork for delivery and it's the wrong date, so go back to check with the store. Short story Ethan lied to get the sale. He can't guarantee a delivery! Thankfully after talking the manager, who was apologetic and helped us out massively. Makes me wander whether we got the right mattress now, and he said he has this one at home and how good it is.

The company don't honour the guarantee of the products. I contacted Bensons for beds Aberdeen twice, and with the exception of an automated email, no-one got in touch with me. The after sales Customer Care doesn't exist.
Has a really good choice of beds. Just about every kind of bed, latex, eco friendly, i gel, Slumberland plus every firmness of mattress from soft to firm. Also has varied types of bed frames including wooden ones with slatted strips of wood underneath the mattress. The prices vary from roughly £400 to £1900. It all very well,I tried a particular mattress for 4/5 months,to get the best feel for lying on it on my side and back, upon getting the mattress home after 30 days, my body didn't like the mattress, it was fine in the showroom. Upon arrival at Bensons for Beds, you're guided to a Sleep Pro Machine to get the right mattress for you, obviously set up wrongly. These machines aren't definitely right especially when your body tells you different. Staff fail to realize this and don't question them, their job probably depends on it ??? They need to be more realistic. People spend more than likely over £1000, expect the mattress to be fine when delivered to your home
