   Arron and Jacqueline were both so helpful when I visited the store last week in desperate need of a new bed and mattress. The store itself was easy to find, clean, well laid out and easy to navigate. I was helped through every step of the way and I felt like the right questions were being asked and I was listened to. I didn't feel pressured and they answered all my questions happily, and gave me good advice. I was very happy with my visit and the service.

   Took my 85 year old mum to Dreams in Aberdeen today to buy a new bed. A first class experience. Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful. No pressure from her at all, just helpfulness l. She worked hard to make sure my mum tried all the options and chose what was right for her. My mum was delighted. Not the cheapest but great quality products with first rate customer service. Highly recommended.

   Was really needing help as I am almost crippled with my current mattress and the chap, Alex, was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgable. He put me on the sleep machine then spoke me through everything and all the options. I felt very comfortable discussing my financial position and very quickly we found the perfect solutions I needed. Super happy.

   Friendly, knowledgeable and every precaution taken to protect us during these strange times. I felt at ease Walking around the store knowing that every necessary precaution had been taken during our visit (thanks Ronald). I also liked that we were offered bottled water as Ronald considered that the face covering we had on may be hot or restrictive. A Wide range of products and services on offer and a delivery date that suits us for moving into our new home, thank you very much dreams for a pleasurable shopping experience during strange times.

   Friendly staff, good social distancing and hygiene measures. Made an appointment online which meant when we walked in a member of staff was ready to help us. good options available for payment- interest free over 9 months and they will take away old mattress for small fee

   Our experience of this shop is best described as mixed. First visit was excellent and we were well looked after by the staff member. It all went wrong when we needed to implement the swap out of a new mattress. We had purchased one that we did not like once it was delivered. They were offering a 40 day comfort guarantee and ultimately honoured this, but not without effort and push from us. Having said that, once we had requested the swap and were passed to the regional expert in Elgin, it got resolved very quickly and professionally. Mixed thoughts. Probably won't go back.
