Room was fairly priced for what it was. Host rang me very kindly to see what time I was checking in so good communication close to Oulton Park aswell which was why we stayed all round Nice guesthouse.

What a fabulous place to stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Best cooked breakfast ever and coffee was gorgeous. Good off road car parking facilities too. We will definately be staying there again.

Simple but clean and comfortable bedrooms. Would have liked to have some temperature control for the heating as it was a bit cold. Very professional and helpful staff. Good location with easy access from the train station. Check out at 10:30 on a Sunday was a bit too early in my opinion, but we were informed in advance at the booking time.
