   From the very start, Rebecca was an absolute star. Her proactive communication and all the useful information she shared made us feel confident we were in for a lovely stay and we truly were. She greeted us on a rainy day with a big smile that instantly made us feel at home.The house is beautifully set among rare farmlands, offering peace and scenic charm. Our room, which had a private balcony, gave us stunning countryside views. Having binoculars provided in the room was such a thoughtful touch we loved watching the birds while relaxing outside.The place itself is full of delightful details board games both in the room and the lobby, Sky and Netflix for cozy evenings, and a nice selection of snacks and small bites available.Breakfast was served with a view, and it was excellent fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. My wife and I truly enjoyed every part of our stay, and we will definitely be coming back.

   What a beautiful well run B&B this is. We arrived to a wonderful greeting with all information given on arrival and a time booked for the next days breakfast. The well appointed rooms are comfortable and have excellent views over the countryside. We only stayed for the one night as we was attending a nearby event but in our short time it was clear Rebecca is passionate about her B&B we felt welcome from arrival to departure. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of cereals, toast, jams, fruit, sandwiches and of course a full English which we could modify to our taste. Needless to say if we need to stay near Wem again we shall be booking here, a real gem In a beautiful area.

   Very welcoming. Light and clean, generously sized rooms with country views. Delicious breakfast with healthy and nutritious offerings, and an added bonus of tasty freshly laid eggs in the Full English choice. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

   Rebecca the host was so welcoming and full of knowledge regarding local area’s to visit. Will definitely go back as the B and B was fantastic. Also will be taking my golf clubs, so I can try and improve my golf by having a lesson with Phil, who is the golf pro giving lesson’s in his golf barn with simulator, which is located at the B and B.

   Having just arrived home from staying 3 nights at the Moorhead bed and breakfast all I can say is that the place is amazing. From entering through the gates and driving down the long driveway to being greeted by Rebecca we had a fantastic stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the beds are so comfy that I slept like a log not waking once. Rebecca herself is an amazing host and nothing is to much trouble for her and she is very interactive with her guests. She goes out of her way to ensure that you have a perfect stay. The breakfasts are to die for, done to perfection and generous portions. It is the ideal place to stay and visit the many interesting places around the Shrewsbury area. I would certainly say it’s the best Bed and Breakfast that we have stayed at and we will definitely be going back to stay again. In my opinion I would rate the Moorhead as 5 star at least. Thanks for making our stay such an enjoyable one Rebecca we had a fantastic time.

   My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Moorhead. Rebecca was so lovely, warm and welcoming and every part of our stay was just what we needed! The room was clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfy! We ordered room service and the food was delicious - Rebecca also went to the extra length of ensuring my gluten free requirements were met with the tastiest choices available. Breakfast was equally delicious and there was an excellent selection of fruit available as well as a scrumptious cooked breakfast too. The setting is idyllic with countryside views and there was a perfect seating area to enjoy it from our room. We look forward to returning in the future!
