A great club. Very understanding and patient with my neurodivergent daughter. Instructors are great and give my daughter a real boost. Just need some more girls in the group!!
We are quite picky and tried every single kickboxing and Muay Thai class in Reading for our 5-year-old son. After attending Aro's taster session, it was almost an immediate yes. The level of dedication from Lee and the team is exceptional. I couldn't recommend it more for young children who are just starting their sports journey.

Great club, my 5-year-old son has been going for around 10 months. Alongside achieving his 3rd belt, he has grown in confidence and loves the sessions. Jason is a fantastic mentor to him and always manages to keep him engaged. Highly recommended for anyone thinking about getting their kids into kickboxing
Absolutely brilliant kick boxing classes. The instructors are always encouraging, well organised and highly skilled at getting the best out of each individual. A family run business with every member of the team always giving it their all. Great for the whole family, no matter what your starting level of fitness or skill is. We have attended different marshal arts and exercise classes- these are our favourite. The lessons have a mix of cardio and strength building. The skills for the kicks and punches are taught with precision. Sparring is one of our favourite parts. While watching my youngest son I know that he’s safe and he absolutely loves it. They have a shop where you can buy all the equipment you need, but equally are fine with items being bought from other shops. The ARO kit is comfortable and reasonably priced, and comes in different styles and material. The venues are really thought about with plenty of space for the sessions and lots of free parking outside. When going for your next belt the instructors support you and ensure that you are ready. The instructors are always available to talk to at the sessions if needed and will respond promptly to enquiries sent by email or text. The lessons build confidence, resilience, strength and skill. We highly recommend the classes.

Our son has attended Aro Kickboxing for approx three years now . He is animated by the classes and family feel . He can go and be himself and his potential is recognised and praised . This disciplined sport has brought out our sons confidence and given him an opportunity to learn his belts in a fun and amazing setting . The new gym is amazing and lets the team train with the most up to date equipment . Bea and Lee worked so hard in lockdown to motivate the kids and keep them kickboxing at a time when children needed exercise for mental health more than anything - Thank you .
