   I have been regularly staying at this block of apartments since August 2022 due to long-term work commitments in the area. The apartments are consistently of a high standard—always clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The owners are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. Most of the apartments offer off-road parking at the rear of the property. For the one without, free overnight parking is typically available on the street between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, the nearby Tesco supermarket provides three hours of free parking, with paid options for extended stays. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Stafford town center and directly across the road from a large Tesco supermarket. Stafford train station is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk. This is an outstanding place to stay, whether you’re visiting Stafford for leisure or working in the area.

   Travelled up from Exeter to do a 3.5 hr Clubbercise event! Very clean and spacious apartment, would stay again when in the area. Perfect location to the town, Tesco & the top of the world venue

   Really great and easy access, location and cleanliness. Lots of kitchen items provided which enabled me to easily buy food to cook. Free parking (allocated space) and very quiet. Internet really good. Town centre close by plus large Tescos literally across the road. Felt safe in the apartment and very spacious. On the days I saw the cleaner come and go to get vacated apartments cleaned she was so friendly and clearly does a great job. She deserves a medal! Only 'minor' negatives were very low water pressure so shower wasn't worth using and bath was fine but took ages to fill. The other bedroom heater did not work but made no difference to me as the other heaters were really good.... It was cold weather during my stay but It was so warm in the apartment due to the great heating units that did work. The bathroom has a heated towel rail which heated bathroom sufficiently. I think for people like me who stayed a longer amount of time more than one bath towel should be provided upfront. I could have asked for a new one by contacting the company but I think it is worth deciding certain things based on amount of time someone is staying. Would be helpful to know what to do with rubbish , no info in booklet and the outdoor bin store had a lock on it.... I did phone but nobody contacted me back. This would not affect anyone who was only staying a few days but as I stayed 6 days there should be information (this would also stop company getting any queries). Despite these negatives the positives were so good I have to give 5 stars. Very impressed. I would certainly recommend.

   A fantastic location right in the heart of Stafford, literally minutes from the town centre. Fantastically maintained rooms in a very quiet part of town. The communication with Kate and her team was always excellent which made check in/check out extremely easy. The best advert for this wonderful accommodation is that we hav stayed there on three separate occasions and would have no hesitation in using Friars House again. Highly recommended.

   I always try to stay in Friars House whenever I'm visiting Stafford. The apartments are beautifully maintained, quiet and very comfortable. Checking in is very straightforward and as a single traveller I feel safe staying in Friars House. The accommodation has parking on site and is walking distance into the town and to the local park. I can highly recommend Friars House as a great place to stay.

   The apartments are a great size, excellently furnished, well heated, and very well situated within the centre of Stafford. Not to mention every apartment gets their own allocated parking spot. Any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

   Friars House, is a lovely place to stay and very clean. It is within walking distance from all the local amenities and the Crown Court. I am here on business and have stayed in two apartments. The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 for the apartments is because one had a very small dining table not conducive for working from due to the amount of paperwork I had. Kate who is in charge of booking is excellent; she arranged for a small table to be placed into the apartment. The other apartment I stayed in had a proper dining table that I could work from. Kate has arranged for me to stay in this apartment with the proper table till May 22.
