   My very anxious son joined a paddleboarding session as part of his cubs group. Kristof showed extreme patience, kindness and understanding of his fears and anxiety and let him go at his own pace and he managed to get on the water (which I didn't think would happen) - a fantastic experience and amazing location - Thank you

   Nice, friendly watersports location. From the perspective of a windsurfer, it costs £15 for day membership so I normally travel to the sea for a more consistent breeze, but when the conditions are right it's a pleasant spot of flat water. Showers and changing facilities are clean and functional. The staff are helpful and friendly. Nice patch of grass near water for rigging / derigging, and parking right beside available for kit drop off / collection. Mostly used by dinghy sailors, and expect races over the weekend.

   Just back from week long scout camp at Longridge where we travelled 31mins to the centre to have a whole day windsurfing and sailing for our 46 scouts. From initial enquiry through to the instructors on the ssy our experience was fantastic. The team are knowledgeable, patient and very supportive to learners of varied abilities. We had an incredible day there and hope to come back at some point in the near future. Huge thanks to all the team at the centre

   The foundation promotes watersports among kids and adults. Great weekend courses for adults. Excellent holiday clubs for kids. The adventure club includes a day of windsurfing, canoeing, sailing and padleboarding. Great fun. We recommend T15 winsurfing Saturday class.
