   Very disappointed! Rude cashier the woman in glasses, she was provoking a fight over an invisible queue barrier. This retailer has been one of my favourites, deserves better trained store assistants.

   Had a problem with a product bought online, went to return it but they rejected the claim. Went on for weeks, despite getting advice from citizens advice. Their customer service is absolute rubbish, if you have a problem they are not interested. All they seem to care about is keeping you money. Buyer beware.

   A fairly big retail outlet with a lot of stock, conveniently placed near J12 of M4 with a large parking area. Customer experience in the store is pretty lousy, disinterested staff, showing little inclination to help customers. I would recommend shopping online and only buying from here in an emergency.

   Forget this is really a sports fashion store.. Tried asking if they sell spare rugby studs to be laughed at by the staff member, and told that the store is too small to sell stuff like that..

   Mens selection only black gray or white colors also xxl sizes and s.m sizes looks like time stop here long time ago all jumpers looks like potato bags. Horrible shop and waste time to visit here

   A nicely laid out store, until you want to actually buy something. There's no clear space to queue leading to two separate lines forming (as the aisles block vision). And with even a queue about 6 deep, only one staff member checking out, even with 3 other staff members walking by us and just choosing to ignore it. Then when I finally get served by a rude teenager, I'm informed their huge banners of "MEGA MIX" (two items for X price), is only for the exact same item. Even when two products of the same price with the same exact mega mix tag are not allowed together in the sale. So that's fantastic. Huge sale for the same product, so if you're lucky you can get two of the exact same thing, perhaps in a different colour? (stock permitting, of course). In short - don't bother. I do wonder why retail is dying...

   Store is much neat and tidier compared to my past visits to this store and the staff are also much friendlier and helpful than in the past. They approach you almost as soon as you walk in to certain section of the store, especially the footwear; where staff asked if I need help before I had to chase someone, which is what I had to do in the past. The store is much smaller than the Bracknell one, but has wide variety of shoes, clothing and other accessories. I'd highly recommend this store for sports wear and also for casual clothing as well.
