   Ewa arranged an amazing holiday for my wife & I to South East Asia. From an initial meeting to suggest the places we wanted to visit, she worked with us to build a customised itinerary. Eva was always helpful in making any adjustments so that we were able to include everything we wanted to see and do in our timescale. Throughout our holiday Ewa kept in contact to ensure every aspect of our itinerary went to plan, this included 11 Flights, 8 Hotels, numerous transfers and taxis over 23 days, so this was no mean feat! Thank you Ewa for organising the holiday of a lifetime for us which far exceeded our expectations. We would thoroughly recommend you.

   We cannot begin to recommend Ewa enough. She has been amazing throughout from the getting to know us meet where she helped narrow down where we might want to go for our honeymoon based on us as individuals right the way through to the actual holiday. We had an incredible honeymoon in the most amazing places. Ewa had everything organised from the transport to the communicating with the resort so we had beautiful surprises when we arrived and even an upgrade in our second villa.    We had the best holiday to Iceland for Christmas 2024 which turned out to be our last holiday before our baby arrives. I cannot thank Ewa enough for her ideas, opinions and her knowledge of Iceland and she picked out some perfect places to stay - especially Austuery Cottages. Although the weather wasn't on our side to explore and do the excursions we had booked with 2 weather warnings to not drive and stay in your accommodations, we had a wonderful time and saw the Northern Lights. Ewa was thoughtful, kind and approachable throughout the process with calls to check in to see if we needed anything. We will be booking another holiday when we've settled into parenthood. Thank you so much Ewa for giving us a wonderful and memorable holiday

   Impress Travel was recommended to us by some close friends, we discussed our holiday thoughts with Ewa and she came up with many good options. We finally chose Grenada in the Caribbean for 10 days, but on the day of travel we discovered Virgin cancelled the flight, we were devastated and we rang Ewa who immediately got on the case, she found other flights and saved the day for us. Both my wife Sandy and I were so impressed, we would not hesitate to use Ewa at Impress Travel again and would thoroughly recommend them.

   We have recently returned from a 12 night holiday to Mauritius booked with Ewa. Attention to our needs and must haves was excellent. Ewa knows Resorts and Hotels but she also knows people who work in these places therefore guaranteeing a personalised holiday experience. She is only ever a text message or phone call away.    Ewa arranged our group travel to Lapland in January for my friends 40th birthday, there was 15 of us travelling in total so it wasn’t a small group yet Ewa made it seem effortless. From welcoming messages, to being able to pay the balance online or via Ewa herself, booking accommodation the night before we flew and she and her family decided to go on the same trip so we got to meet Ewa in person and say hello which was lovely. The outbound flight was delayed due to no fault of Ewas yet she kept us up to date with what was going on as much as she could. On the way back the airline left my suitcase behind and Ewa took it upon herself to contact me and the travel company to chase up my luggage. We then received a postcard in the post not long after returning home from Ewa to say thanks for booking through her AND she helped us submit compensation claim forms for the flight delay. Ewa went above and beyond. I highly recommend and will definitely book through you again. Thanks for making it such a memorable and easy trip Ewa x

   First travel with Impress Travel and I am so pleased with the trip! best one in my entire life (and I travel quite a bit). and all thanks to Ewa! My trip was to Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana, traveling to very remote places, some times there was very limited facilities wifi, etc. the trip also included white water rafting in the Zambezi river (one of the most challenging rivers for water rafting). This trip was planned perfectly, Ewa made sure that the 10 days I would spend there, would be filled with awesome activities and unforgettable experiences, with no time to be messing with the phone. The trip was too good! Every journey, activity, meal, etc were planned. She also provided me with a booklet with the whole itinerary which I took with me and helped me to know what was next! At first, I was a bit concerned about the white water rafting but Ewa was super supportive, she will call me and ensured that I was in good hands and indeed, I was! - I could repeat this trip all again, I ended up loving the water rafting! She also managed all the travel insurance and provided a list of items that could be useful to take for this trip - this is a good tip as this was an unordinary trip so I wasn't very sure what should I be taking. Thank you so much Ewa for being so caring and planning everything so carefully. I will never forget this trip and I am looking forward for the next one to come! :)

   We got so undecided with the destination we wanted for our honeymoon but Eva was so helpful, calm and friendly that she managed to book us the most luxurious of honeymoons. Right from the very start Eva couldn’t have been more helpful and caring. Our budget was taken in to account, our flights checked in for us, documents printed for us. It was so stress free and I would highly recommend going to Eva if you ever need a trip, honeymoon or family holiday, we will be booking through you again in the future.

   Ewa James is a fantastic travel agent! I booked my second trip with her, this time to Africa, and went to Malawi for a charity work, then Botswana and Zimbabwe for holidays. The trip was great, the hotels, transfers, etc. Now what was really impressive and worth mentioning is when things go wrong. I woke up the day I was flighting out with the news that BA flights were grounded. Ewa messaged me and told me not to worry. In a few minutes I had new flights booked, and no disruption to my trip whatsoever! Planning an amazing memorable trip is fantastic, but being aware of what's going on and solving my problems when things go wrong is phenomenal! Definitely recommend to everyone!
