Booked our holiday yesterday with jacqui. We found her to be totally professional, engaging and was familiar with our preferred hotel. Despite the office being very busy, she remained focused.

A very friendly helpful member of staff called natasha spent a lot of time on 2 seperate visits sorting out a holiday for myself and my partner. She was lovely. And we can get currency there at a good rate too. Well recommend hayes travel to book your holiday with. And several payment options with low deposits.

Despite being clear we needed the full package with transfers as our elderly mums were with us. The manager Linda forgot to add this request and left us 2 days before holiday trying to sort this out. Not very thorough agents.
