   Fantastic!!! My wife and I recently booked a cruise (our first) and we weren’t sure of the ins and outs of it all. The team at Fred Olsens were so helpful when booking it for us, getting us the ideal cabin on recommendations from their past experiences. And it paid off! Left to our own devises, we would have booked a cabin in what turned out to be very noisy parts of the ship, however we had a lovely position in a quiet corner with fantastic access to the rest of the ship. The team were so helpful, it was a real pleasure dealing with them. We now know it’s a relatively easy process booking a cruise from home but we will return to the shop in Hythe to make any future booking because the service was unbeatable. NOTE, It didn’t cost a penny more booking it through the travel agent compared to booking it online at home. I was surprised. I guess the travel agents will recover their money from the cruise company themselves. Support local businesses on the high street or they will disappear.
