   I visited the Southampton branch a few times to get an idea of holiday options which would be suitable for me. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable. Dec O'Halloran organised the transport and initial accommodation for a six-week visit to Australia later in 2025. I'm really looking forward to it. Trailfinders operate several protection schemes for payments and flights which is also appreciated.

   We booked our honeymoon with this branch. The guy was brilliant. We told him what we wanted. We booked a safari to South Africa and 5 nights is Mauritius. The agent was really good and planned it all out for us. All 4 hotels we stayed in (even the airport hotel) were stunning!! We were able to pay in instalments. Which was great. They have a great app with all your details on it. I used their WhatsApp service while we were away. They got back to me pretty quickly and sorted out any issues that I had. Would highly recommend and would use again.

   Great to see trailfinders in Southampton , ok my days of long haul are over but used the company many a time in the past . Every time I walk past the shop by west quay it’s looks busy with customers inquiring /booking some good trips !!! Keep up the good work .
