Kuoni staff have been so welcoming and very easy to deal with. We booked our honeymoon through Kuoni several months ago and had to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff were so helpful in making these amendments for us. They basically took all the stress out of trying to work out where to go and what to do by putting in the research and knowing what was right for us. The complimentary tea and coffee during our visit was also a lovely little touch.
