Travelled on the Splendor for a 10 day cruise from Monte Carlo to Athens. Beautiful ship, delicious food staff were very attentive. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, it was all more about the places you were visiting , the tours were really fabulous. The only thing I would change is I would never travel back to uk on British Airways.Would definitely return to travel on Splendor again.

The SS Grandeur, owned by Regent Seven Seas, is very elegant. The interior is by Versace, very elegant and beautiful. The food on board leaves a lot to be desired; everything is prepared in a fancy way but doesn't taste particularly good. The price-performance ratio is below par. There is no welcoming culture; you feel left alone and are pried like a Christmas goose (financially). We have been on many cruise ships, and the SS Grandeur is by far the most expensive and worst ship! Never, never, never again!

First time on Regent however been on many other cruises such as seabourne , silversea…etc. and this will be my last . Captain cancelled many ports just the beginning of the trip guernsey, Bordeaux and Bilbao, originally advertised at 1 day at sea out of 15 days so far turned to 5 days at sea in total. Other cruise ships docked in Bordeaux and Bilbao and we circling around the bay of biscay for 3 days , a quick check at marine traffic website we all know how many ships in port!!! It is another beautiful day and we wasted past 2 nice day at sea already so now 3 days in a row just to look at the sea. For others with over 30 day cruise it might be a “blessing” to you to be at sea but I did not pay to get on a cruise to be at sea. I need to mention specially the f&b staff , room attendant and laundry staff is so Devine and beautiful and they are what make me less upset about this cruise . Same thing cannot be said for the decision made to cancel that many ports in advance without even reassessing the situation. Announcements mentioned rough sea with swell and there is dance class mean while the pool is drained empty for 2 days now , the pool area is sad, no live music on open deck. , This might as well be the last cruise I would ever take with regent and I am sorry I will miss the staff mentioned above. I have to get out of my room to use internet to post this as the internet in the room is sub par and dropped in and out and when it is on , I cannot even load a normal website despite having complained about this and issues have not been fixed . I know their corporate team won’t look at this but please consider before you get on the cruise with them

The Baltic Sea cruise aboard the Splendor Ship was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we set foot on the ship, we were captivated by its exquisite beauty and mesmerizing views. The amenities provided were truly boundless, catering to every desire and ensuring a luxurious and indulgent journey. Whether it was lounging by the pool, enjoying world-class dining, or participating in thrilling onboard activities, there was always something to delight and entertain us. The Splendor Ship exceeded all expectations, making this cruise the epitome of elegance and bliss.
